Cancellation & Return Policy
By completing your registration and payment for the Chennai AI Summit 2026, you acknowledge and agree that all ticket purchases are strictly final and non-refundable under any circumstances. ITITRC does not offer cancellations, partial refunds, or full refunds once a transaction has been successfully processed. Delegates are strongly encouraged to review all event details, dates, and session information thoroughly before completing payment.
Registered delegate tickets are non-transferable and are valid solely for the individual named at the time of registration. Tickets may not be reassigned, gifted, sold, or transferred to any other individual, organization, or entity — whether for compensation or free of charge. Any attempt to transfer a ticket will result in immediate invalidation of the registration without refund. Name change requests will not be entertained after payment confirmation.
In the unlikely event that the Chennai AI Summit 2026 is postponed or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances — including but not limited to force majeure events, natural disasters, government directives, or public health emergencies — registered delegates will be offered credit toward the rescheduled event of equal value. ITITRC reserves the right to modify the event format (in-person, hybrid, or virtual) as required. No monetary refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
Delegates who fail to attend the event on the registered date(s) — for any reason including illness, travel disruptions, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts — will forfeit their registration entirely. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be granted for no-shows. It is the delegate's sole responsibility to ensure attendance. ITITRC will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in connection with travel, accommodation, or ancillary expenses related to attendance.
ITITRC recognizes that exceptional situations may arise. In the event of a duplicate payment or a verified technical error during the payment process, delegates must notify our support team within 48 hours of the transaction at ititrc.com@gmail.com with transaction proof. Such claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to verification. All other requests fall under the strict no-refund policy above. Any disputes shall be governed by Indian Law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Madras High Court.
