  • Accommodation is available only for paid delegates and students.
  • Rooms are available in limited numbers and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A valid Chennai AI Summit 2026 registration invoice must be produced at the time of check-in.
  • All participants must strictly adhere to the VIT Chennai hostel and accommodation rules and regulations during their stay.

  • Room allotment is made solely on a first-come, first-served basis for paid delegates and students, subject to availability.
  • No preference or priority is given based on celebrity status, ITITRC affiliation, organization, institution, or any other category.
  • All room allotments are made exclusively by the VIT Chennai Management, and the organizers of the Chennai AI Summit have no role in the room allocation process.
This policy applies uniformly to every participant, without exception.
